Finds groups and components only containing one layer, resets content to Layer0
(representing no layer) and assign layer to container instead.

If you for instance group several individual pieces of furniture into a suit, or
group several cabinets into cooking island, this plugins lets you easily lift
the layer information up the hierarchy onto that group.

The extension is also useful when you have misunderstood what Layers in SketchUp
are in the first place and assigned Layers to raw geometry instead of the parent
container as a whole.

Activated from **Extensions > Eneroth Lift Layers**.
